SafeGard PC-30 - is a high performance cold-applied coating for magnesium that can be used alone or in tandem as a final seal for many different pretreatments such as SafeGard CC-6100 and SafeGard CC-3400. Independent testing results show that this product meets the Qualicoat Performance requirements for powder-coated aluminum.
SafeGard CC-3400mg – conversion coating for magnesium that is normally applied on a dip or spray line. On magnesium, SafeGard CC-3400 is applied at room temperature. This product that has excellent high-temperature stability and does not mud crack. This non-sludging product can be effectively applied by spray or dip using most standard application equipment with little or no modification.
This product works best on magnesium when used in tandem with either SafeGard PC-30 or SafeGard CC-13062mg.
