SafeGard PC-30 - is a high performance cold applied coating for galvanized that can be used alone or in tandem as a final seal for many different pretreatments such as iron phosphate, zinc phosphate, SafeGard CC-13062 and SafeGard CC-6100, SafeGard CC-8400Zn and SafeGard CC-3400. Independent testing results show that this product meets the Qualicoat Performance requirements for powder coated aluminum.
SafeGard CC-3400 – conversion coating for galvanized, zinc & magnesium that is normally applied on a dip or spray line. SafeGard CC-3400 is applied at room temperature. This product that has excellent high temperature stability and does not mud crack. SafeGard CC-8400zn - is a high performance, environmentally safe conversion coatings for galvanized that replaces hexavalent chromate coatings such as Irridite or Alodine. This product can give you both a clear and golden color from the same tank. With SafeGard CC-8400zn you can replace hexavalent chromate coatings without sacrificing corrosion resistance and other performance characteristics.
SafeGard CC-6100 - cold applied galvanized pretreatment. SafeGard CC-6100 is Sanchem's cold applied conversion coating that is used when hot spray or hot tank applications are not feasible or desired. Typical applications are prototypes and for production touch-ups.
